GET STARTED

ROLL OUT

Now we can kick off our project, where we start small & expand the team week over week!

LEARN HOW

MANAGE

We all need regular encouragement to ensure we keep going. Your volunteers will smile!

LEARN HOW

WIN!

Once voters are persuaded that you are THE candidate, we must ensure those voters VOTE!

FINAL STEPS

Setup

Your volunteers are going to need some support and encouragement as they help energize voters for your campaign. You’ll need a few assets ready to get started!

INTRO EMAIL

A quick email can be used to introduce this to your team, sample here. Make sure to edit so that it sounds like your candidate!

TUTORIAL

The most effective way to show people how this works is a quick tutorial video. Example. If you need assistance send us an email.

SOCIAL MEDIA

You’ll want to post this on your social media so that even those who aren’t participating can cheer your volunteers on!

SUPER VOLUNTEERS

Its best to start this with the top 5 supporters of your campaign, they will become the start of your high score list & motivate the newcomers!

Next … Roll out

Kick off
with your Super Volunteers!

When you recruit a volunteer to canvas, you don’t just send them a turf and say good luck. The field team will walk and talk them through how to do this and ensure they feel supported. Rolling this out works in the same way!

Next … Encourage

Recognition +
encouragement
inspires

action & votes

Every team needs leadership and encouragement when they are tackling something difficult – and getting elected to office is tough! Make sure you check in regularly with your team, recognize their progress and reward their success!

Next … Win!

WIN!

The first part is persuading voters that your candidate is the right vote! The next step is then making sure those voters show up to the polls!

GOTV

Each of your volunteers now has a list of supporters that they can ensure show up. Looking at the voting chance %, they should focus on those voters who they are most worried might not vote.

WIN NUMBER

With your support and encouragement, and the effort of your supporters – your win number is only a few texts away!

COST / VOTE

Nationwide research shows an average cost per extra vote of $50. If relational organizing is done well, your cost/vote can be close to $0!

WIN

Good luck and thanks for running for office!
